We take great care when packaging and sending out your order. Each item is inspected for quality assurance. If you receive your order and are not happy for any reason, we understand and would love to make it right! 

Here are our guidelines for returns/exchanges:

  • We do not currently offer exchanges but you are welcome to return your item(s) for a full refund and then place a new order for something that works better for you.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging. 
  • Any signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • All items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
  • If there is more than one piece in a set, the complete set must be returned.
  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  • If your purchase was damaged in transit, please contact us for assistance.
  • At this time, you are responsible for shipping return(s) back to us. You may use any carrier of your choice. Please keep a record of your tracking #. Include your name, order # and item #(s) you wish to return in the package. 
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be issued upon our receipt of your return shipment.

  • Name
  • Order #
  • Item(s) You'd Like to Return

We will reply with the address to our returns department. Once you've set up your shipment, be sure to keep a copy of the shipment tracking # for your records (and it would be helpful to email it to us as well).

Once we receive the shipment and verify it is eligible for a refund, we will respond to the email thread with confirmation of your refund.
